How long does my order take to ship?

All orders can take up to 5-7 business days to be made & shipped out. As all orders are hand made, some candles may need to curate before they reach their final destination. We do try to ship out orders sooner if possible!

Each candle/product is packaged with care, though if your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email elephantandthewick@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged candle or product within two (2) days of receiving.
